Earthworks at the Nebo Shopping and Entertainment Center in Moscow were completed by more than half (56%).

LMS continues to build the Nebo shopping center in the west of the capital. The architectural project is represented by a building of different storeys with an area of more than 50 thousand square meters, inspired by the theme of aviation. The project implementation at this stage of work includes the installation of facades with elements of stained glass, the installation of all engineering systems of the building, roofing, as well as landscaping.

In particular, LMS specialists continue to build facades with elements of stained glass: the work is approaching the «30% « mark. The installation of sandwich panels is 45% complete. The construction of metal half-timbered structures continues. According to the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov, the main facade of the Nebo shopping center-transparent, with high glazing-will emphasize the connection between the interior and public spaces that flow from the street into the building itself.

The interior decoration works are being actively promoted. A third of the partitions have been installed: 91% of the gas blocks have been installed and 80% of the brickwork has been completed. Plastering works are underway. Also, almost a third of the device is made of screed and tiles on the floor.

Recall that about 170 specialists are currently involved in the construction of the Nebo shopping center. The completion date is September 2021.

LMS has already cooperated with the customer and successfully completed the construction of the Stolitsa Shopping Center in May 2020.
