The windows are installed in three buildings of the Simvol Residential Complex

Construction and installation works continue on the site of 16-18 buildings of Residential Complex Simvol in Moscow according to the approved schedule. The specialists of the LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, are installing window structures in three buildings – 766 windows have already been installed out of 3075 planned.

In the 18th building:

• Brickwork continues on the roof of the building.
• The assembling of the walls from aerated concrete blocks is in progress on the 23rd floor.
• The rough finishing work is continuing in the reference apartments, corridors and on the typical floors.
• The assembly of the scaffolding on the facade brackets and the installation of the facade subsystem is in progress.
• Windows are being installed on the 13th floor.
• Plastering work has been completed on the staircases up to the 13th floor. The work is ongoing in the corridors of the 25th floor.
• The insulation of the roof of the stylobate and the roof of the 18th floor is in progress.

In the 17th building:

• Construction of the vertical structures of the 25th floor continues.
• The installation of the walls of aerated concrete blocks continues on the 19th floor.
• The installation of the scaffolding on the facade cantilevers and the installation of the facade subsystem is in progress.
• Windows are being installed on the 12th floor.
• Plastering work is being carried out on the staircases of the 15th floor and the corridors of the 20th floor.

In the 16th building:

• Installation of the vertical structures of the 23rd floor continues.
• The installation of the walls from aerated concrete blocks is continuing on the 17th floor.
• The installation of the facade subsystem is continuing.
• Windows are being installed on the 3rd floor.
• Plastering work is underway in the 12th floor corridors.

In three buildings, the installation of drainage pipes and the insulation of the air ducts below ground continues. Cable trays are being installed in the parking lot. The landscaping of the adjoining territory of the Simvol housing estate is continuing, as is the installation of the individual heating unit (IHU).
