A general contractor agreement was signed for the final stage of «NEBO» shopping center construction in Moscow

The contract for the final stage of the NEBO shopping center construction was signed yesterday by the parties of the customer and the general contractor - O2 JSC general director Denis Kuzmin and LMS LLC general director Rahim Makhmudov. According to the results of the competitive selection for the second stage of the facility construction, the LMS group of companies was recognized as the winner.

The final stage of works includes the installation of facades with elements of stained glass glazing, the installation of all building engineering systems, roofing works, as well as landscaping works.

The uniqueness of this contract lies in the implementation of all types of work in a short time - the general contracting agreement provides for the implementation of turnkey works in September, 2021.

The mobilization of the construction site has been completed and the general contractor has begun works on the site. During the peak construction period up to 650-700 workers will be on site.

The first phase of Nebo shopping center construction was completed by the general contractor LMS in August 2020. As part of these works, the installation of in-situ reinforced concrete structures of the building, steel structures for the roof and waterproofing of the underground part of the facility was made.

LMS has already cooperated with the customer and successfully completed the construction of Stolitsa shopping center in May 2020.
