The installation of enclosing structures from sandwich panels of the Perm Gallery building is being completed
Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies are rapidly constructing a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery.
The installation of enclosing structures made of sandwich panels is being completed - 2,015 m2 (92%) has been completed. Work continues on the masonry of external and internal walls made of foam block – 2,744 m3 (89%) have been completed.
At the same time, LMS specialists are carrying out construction work on three letters: letter O, letter C and letter N. Work continues on the backfilling of the foundations of letters O and C – 3,952 m3 (77%) have been completed.
Work is being carried out on fire protection of metal structures of the building frame. To date, 8000 m2 has been covered with special flame retardants.
Work is underway on the rough finishing of the basement: plaster walls are made in the amount of 8,230 m2 (88%), floor screed in the amount of 4,161 m2 (23%).
The builders have started the installation of ventilation and power supply engineering systems. Work has begun on finishing the floors with porcelain tiles – 355 m2 has been completed.
The number of specialists at the facility has grown to 309, including IT specialists.
