Simvol RC: the twenty-fourth floor has been reached

The specialists of the LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continue to carry out construction and installation works in accordance with the approved schedule on the construction site of buildings 16-18 of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow.

In the 18th building:

• The installation of floor slabs and vertical structures of the 24th floor continues.
• The installation of the walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 19th floor is in progress.
• The rough finishing work is continuing in the reference apartments, corridors and on the typical floors. Plastering is being done in the corridors on the 15th floor.
• The installation of profiles on the facade is in progress.

On the 17th building:

• The installation of the vertical structures of the 18th floor is in progress.
• The installation of the walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 14th floor is in progress.
• Plastering work is going on on the 8th floor staircases in the corridors of the 10th floor.

On the 16th building:

• On-going installation of vertical structures on the 16th floor.
• Assembling of walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 11th floor is in progress.

LMS specialists have started assembling the brackets on the facade of the building. The installation of the facade insulation on floors 16 and 17 is progressing. The roof insulation on the stylobate is actively working.
