About the project
The first phase of the Nebo Shopping Center was completed by LMS as a general contractor in August 2020. It included installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, metal roofing and waterproofing of the underground part.
The final phase included installation of stained glass glazing and engineering systems, roofing, site improvements, and landscaping.
On the territory of the Nebo Shopping Center, a building of a Social and business center (SBC) will be built, with a total area of 4,500 m2, and the height of 3 floors. The general contractor will carry out excavation, waterproofing and monolithic works. The implementation period is September-December 2021.
