MAGADAN, 28 Sep /PRIME/. The builders have completed the laying of five kilometers of heating mains for the future new Magadan airport terminal, construction is ahead of schedule by 7%, Ilhan Musa Ozkoc, director of the Magadan Airport project of Limakmarashstroy, told RIA Novosti.

The school of the educational complex «Point of the Future», which is being built in Zhatai, will receive its first students in 2026. This was announced by the head of Yakutia during the direct line. The general contractor of the construction is the LMS Group of Companies.

As part of the Perm Museum Forum, its guests were shown how the construction of a new Art Gallery building is going. The general contractor is the LMS Group of Companies.

Several parking lots for 531 cars will be arranged near the terminal of the Voronezh Peter the Great Airport under construction. Employees of the general contractor, LLC «LMS», were engaged in the creation of parking lots for cars.

The summer this year in the region turned out to be unusually warm and dry, so that Kolyma is used every day at one of the largest construction sites. Now 350 people work there and in the first six months they have laid four kilometers of pipelines, built most of the outdoor networks and are already working on future parking. The new facility is planned to be commissioned in December 2024.

Reconstruction of Roshchino airport will cost almost 14 billion rubles. At the same time, the cost of the work was initially estimated at 8 billion rubles. The contractor of the project will be LLC «LMS».

In Mineralnye Vody, the construction of a new airport complex on the territory of the M.Y.Lermontov International Airport has begun. The first stone was laid there the day before.

This became known following the departure of the governor Dmitry Mahonin to the construction site of the facility. It is planned to place a cafe and a children's cluster in the buildings of the former factory – letters O, C and N, where creative classes and exhibitions of children's crafts will be held. The contractor, as well as during the construction of a new building, is LMS LLC.

For them, the LMS contractor mounted guides and brackets on three sides of the building. The total weight of the facade system is almost 187 tons. However, the contractor assures that there are no difficulties in installation.

Builders have started digging a pit for the building of the future Magadan Airport terminal, Elchin Sefatov, deputy project manager of the contractor LMS LLC, told RIA Novosti.
