LMS LLC won the case in the Seventh Court of Cassation of Chelyabinsk for an administrative fine of 300 thousand rubles at the construction of the iMall Esplanada in Perm. This was reported by the company's press service.
The LMS company, which was previously fined for removing dirt from the construction site of the Perm shopping center «iMall Esplanade», was able to achieve the cancellation of the punishment. The developer challenged the fine of 300 thousand rubles in the Seventh Court of Cassation of Chelyabinsk, told URA.RU in the company.
At the beginning of October, the company LMS launched an online broadcast from the site where the construction of the new building of the Perm Art Museum is going on. On the company's website, the progress of the work can be monitored using three cameras.
According to Sergey Podolsky, this is a good opportunity for Russian manufacturing companies to occupy the niche of foreign contractors and replace imported materials and equipment with Russian analogues. «Especially since at the moment domestic manufacturers are upgrading their production capacities and are superior to foreign ones in some characteristics,» he said.
The Turkish company LMS, which is the contractor of the new building of the Perm Art Gallery, commented on the decision to refuse to buy German stained glass for the glazing of the gallery's facades. LMS's deputy project manager for the Perm gallery, Sergei Podolsky, explained that this was due to the speculative increase in prices for glass panes from Germany and the inability to supply them due to the sanctions.
The Governor also inspected the construction site of the Perm Art Gallery building, a facility of about 20 thousand square meters, which will provide all the necessary conditions for the storage and display of the unique collection of art masterpieces. The construction is being carried out by LMS LLC, a contracting organization.
